    On this date, December 12, 2016, at Pizza Hut, located on South Arkansas, Springhill, LA, I ordered a large pizza, half meat lovers and half pineapple with Canadian Ham with extra sauce on the pizza. My Server was Alexis (employee number 316285) and my Ticket No. 0043, under the name of Ramon. As I entered your establishment, I was met by Alexis, I placed my order at 4:51 p.m. and received the Pizza at 5:06 p.m. Please know, Alexis was a true professional, as she was highly friendly, helpful and highly service minded. She is a true asset to your establishment,. I also wanted to thank you for the recent wonderful renovation and remodel of the establishment. When my wife and I sat down to eat the Pizza, were pleasantly surprised. As it reminded us of the Pizza Pies we enjoyed in Connecticut and Illinois. The Pizza was by far the best we have enjoyed in Years.

    last week i went to the costa coffee in hendon central station there’re two 1 is big but 1 is pretty small but very clean and tidy.nice greetings I popped in here for a coffee and a pastry the first time, and it single-handedly made me want to live around there. The coffee was perfect (I had a latte) and the pastry was fresh and tasty. The person(LAURA) serving me was also very perky and it lifted my mood,very good customer service i felt like i am regular customer here fresh smily staff,the barista AZAHARA got me addicted of her coffee she is absolutely wonderful barista and since that day there’s no single day if i dont visit.sometime they’re very busy but never look fed-up very warm welcome and quick service.if you ever visit in hendon central must try Barista AZAHARA coffee and i am sure you’d love it.

    I recently visited Costa coffee based in Tescos Supermarket in Frodsham Street Chester and was served by Gaz what a lovely young man He was so polite helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He was like that with each and every customer who came in and had been on duty since about 6.30 am well done Gaz youre an asset to COSTA

    We visited your new Costa and we were very impressed with the overall layout of the cafe and service .The advertising A board outside the entrance is a hazard for partial sighted people.Could you train your staff to stop people putting their feet on the low level table by the arm chairs.Thank you.

On a very wet Saturday 11/07/15, my sister and I were accompanied by a friend, with her young son, we visited Costa at Bridge Street, Stratford upon Avon and received what I can only describe as draconian service. We were waiting in line to be served, the young man at the till was serving the customer in front of us; when his colleague came to help but she by-passed all three of us to serve the lady behind me. I was surprised at her attitude and asked her why she had done this, to which she replied “he will serve you” I asked the customer behind me if she worked there (I assumed she was staff) she said no. As we were the three black people in the line, and she went to the next available white person in the queue I must assume that she had no wish to offer us any service. Now! this young lady had a accent of European design and I assume she has come to live in England with some very alien ways. I reside in London and visited Stratford as a day trip (needless to say this was a bitter pill to swallow in this day and age). I’m a regular COSTA customer, but must say that this has made me really think about how I spend my hard earned cash. I hope that this is a one-off experience and hope that Costa will look at the training they give their staff, especially those front of house.

    I am a regular in your Street store. So much so at a push I could probably name some of the staff. As a Manager/Trainer I know how hard it can be to please a customer.
    I say this because I witness difficult customers the team endure. But the team are always positive try really hard to accomadate with little or no gratitude at all. I witnessed only the other week ‘Abby , always seems to be on a mission ,always with a smile was attending to a customer who was rude and brash, I know it must of hurt her, but she apologised when she didnt need too, she did nothing wrong, smiled then carried on with the following customer. Sam, the most politest young man you could wish to meet. Holly full of gusto’ in everything she does. The whole team are a credit to you . They know most of there customers by name what they drink they say whats New’ forever promoting the Pastries food etc…

    Please on behalf of those who dont make the effort to comment let these comments reach them so they carry on doing the great job they are doing.

    Hello,
    Today we visited Costa Coffee at Media City Salford Keys and although it was very busy and people were queuing to the entrance we must say that the service and attention that we received was second to none. The manager was organising the queue and the staff in a very friendly and professional manner, tables were being cleared efficiently and the serving staff were dealing very well under the pressure. Karen and a young man sorting drinks and Lindsey was providing an excellent service with a wonderful Smile. People these days seem all to ready too complain when things are wrong and we both feel that the good service which we received should be acknowledged. Well Done to each member of the Team, looking forward to our next visit. Keep up the good service. Kind Regards Mr and Mrs Ritchie.
