2. The ability to read and write English or Spanish.
3. An email address.
4. A pen or pencil.


Instructions:

1. Type the www.jacklistens.com website into your computers browser.
2. Choose your language. Click on the ‘Click Here To Continue’ button.
3. Enter the 14 digit code that is printed close to the middle of your receipt. Then press the next arrow.
4. Select the date and time of your visit. This information is printed on your receipt.
5. Indicate whether you went through Drive Thru, Carry Out or Dine In.
6. Continue answering the Jack Listens survey questions until you reach the last section where you will be asked for your contact details and given a validation code to write down.
7. The best place to write the code is on your old store receipt.

    And I actually do havve 2 questions for you if you don’t mind.

    Is it just me or does it give the impression like some of the remarks come across like left
    by brain dead visitors? 😛 And, if you are posting at additional online social sites, I would like to keewp up with anything
    fresh you have to post. Would you list of alll of all your social pages
    like your Facebook page, twigter feed, orr linkedin profile?

    Bad experience at Jack In The Box today. Not only was the cashier rude but the food was undercooked and cold. When this was brong to the attention of the lady behind the counter she (Jamari) was offended by it and continue to make rude comments behind my back. Today was the last time for me at jack in the box Hermitage location.

    Redeemed the survey offer of Supreme Croissant at Marsh & Walnut Hill in Dallas Texas.
    Drove away and discovered they had given me the sausage and egg croissant. I HATE sausage. Too far away to return. Help needs to be more diligent on doing a good job.

    I have been going to the Jack in The Box at 850 E Guadalupe in AZ for years and I always take your survey and get the free tacos. Today 11/24/15 I went in early in the morning (6:40 am) to get my free tacos and the guy at the drive thru told me I have to buy something in order to get the free tacos. I advised him that I had never had to buy anything before, all I had to do was take the survey write down the number and take the receipt in within 7 days and get two free tacos. He said nope you must buy something so I left. The guy would not listen to me. Bad service!

    my fajita was rather skimpy. one small wilted piece of lettuce with chicken and cheese sauce was about it. perhaps you can make it up to me by sending me a picture of one of your 60’s vintage drive-ins that have such a great iconic look that I recall from my childhood.

    Lunch time drive thru confusion in Dallas, TX. Jack in the Box and a lot of fast foods hire Only Spanish Speakers who don’t understand a lick of English. I had 30 minute lunchbreak but while ordering the Chicken Pita sandwich I was told to wait several times by lady taking the order because understood nothing I was saying. Plus this community is about 10% Hispanic and 65% African American. I looked inside and all the workers were Hispanic. What The! English speakers NEED English Workers Jack!!! Or else I won’t go back. After the long wait I had to go back to work late and I had NOT eaten lunch. To add more to the Negative Experience, the chicken tasted spoiled and I had no receipt. In the trash the chicken went, a waste of $8 dollars! 901 N Hampton Rd, DeSoto, TX 75115

  8. We go to Jack in the Box restaurants regularly, and we were very disappointed with the food, service and filthy bathrooms. The food wasn’t the same quality as usual and we couldn’t even eat it. We threw it away!! We have never been to this Jack in the Box and will never go back. I give it 0 stars!!

  10. did not get both of my receipts for our order, only the receipt part for a charge.
    Don’t know if being charged for two eggs caused the cashier to keep it as this was an error on our ticket. So I cannot fill out the survey for ihop, beginning to wonder about IHOP.

    My friends and I had the worse service at the Jack in the box at 4119 N. 7th. St. Phx, AZ 85014 Store#116. It started with them closing the lobby at 10pm when the lobby hours posted on the door clearly state the lobby is supposed to be open until midnight. My friends(who happen to be two disabled Vets.) and I arrived At 11:30pm. We were ignored when knocking on the lobby door. When we walked up to the window we were treated with disrespect and were told that they wouldn’t allow us in to serve us. The employee (Ricardo) wouldn’t give us the store number. Finally, one of my Vet. friends walked back to the apartment to get his car. When we went through the drive threw they couldn’t even get our order right. my friend got a jumbo jack with no cheese no mayo and added bacon. We told them to please get it right because my friend is highly allergic to cheese. When we got home they had cheese on his burger. when we called they didn’t answer. We had to go back up there and got home to find out they messed it up again. over all if we could rate our visit it would get 0 stars but the site only lets you go as low as 1 star rating. I would recommend people not go to that location. We were not the only people who were trying to go to the lobby to eat either.
