You will need:

3. A receipt from a recent Cabela’s purchase.
4. Be over 18 years of age.


Instructions:

1. Go to www.cabelas.com/retailsurvey on your computer.
2. Click on the yellow box where it says ‘Start Survey Here’.
3. Next, select the store where you made your purchase.
4. Enter the survey code on the receipt or business card inviting you to take part in the survey.
5. Then proceed through the survey questions. Take the time to recall correctly the events on the day of your purchase.

    I had a very pleasant dining experience on 6-6-17 at your East Hartford stone. The Mountain Man sandwich made from multiple game animals was incredible and the Rocky Mountain Oysters were certainly enjoyable and unique. The manager’s enthusiasm was contagious and really made for a really good time for my wife and I.

    Excellent service. Sales associate was able to point me directly to what I was looking for. One item which was not on the shelve was quickly located for me in the back. Ill be back.

    The Gemini Place (Ohio) outfitter had merchandise the competition did not. The competition had even advertised the merchandise online.

    Shirley, Cabela’s sales assistant helped us find everything we needed at Cabela’s Richfield, Wisconsin store.

    Made a purchase in the Allen, Texas gun department on 2/11/16. A sale of sorts was going on so line was long. It really took two hours to make it to the cashier, named Thomas. He was exceptionally nice to be sure, and he was aware of how long I had been in line. I give him 5 stars for his courtesy. But there were other registers that were unmanned throughout my wait. I’m 74 and it’s hard for me to stand that long, but I really wanted that .22 I purchased for my grandsons, so I gutted it out. Many of the guns I have were purchased at this Cabelas store, but after this, I’m doubtful I will buy there again, as this isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience there.

    Randy was a fantastic help in the firearms section at the Richfield Cabelas.

    His knowledge was integral in the selection of the rifle scope I selected.

    I will seek him out the next time I am there and have questions.

    I’m not taking the survey but I will say my sales person is a 10 out of 10!

    On 12-21-15 called the Richfield store and asked for the new firearms dept. The gentleman that answered the phone was in such a good mood, despite being very busy. He commented that the phone never stopped ringing all day. He however helped me with enthusiasm, I am willing to bet he even had a smile on his face as well. What a great team! Thank you very much. I will continue to use and promote your store. WOW!!! Keep up the GREAT work. They all deserve a pat on the back. Thank you again. Matt

    Drove two hours to get to Columbus Cabela’s & it was well worth it! Shopped at similar retail stores on my way there,returned items purchased on my way back home. I will make that one tank trip again before Christmas!

    Received excellent service this morning (11:50AM) at the Return Desk at the East Hartford, CT Store from employee Brandon Shaw, or possibly, Show. This employee was courteous and displayed considerable knowledge in his area of responsibility. He is a good communicator as well as a good listener (which is very hard to find these days). This transaction was a positive shopping experience for me. Brandon displayed a very professional attitude during our transaction and is the type of employee that creates return shoppers. Truly a pleasure to do business with.

    My experience today at the Missouri store located at 5555 St. Louis Mills Blvd was mixed at best. At 10.23 AM the checkout station was not set up to do business yet. Some of the items I wanted were not stocked. I even ask one of the Cabela’s associates for help in case I had overlooked what I wanted. He couldn’t find it either. Sierra or Hornady reloading bullets (.30 caliber, 170 Gr., flat nose). Also Amber did not have any discount cupons for my next visit (she did come up with one). And last but cetainly not least was my recent experience trying to complete the $500 gift card sweepstakes survey. What a joke. I was simply wanting to try my luck on the $500 and complete the survey not apply for a CIA job.

Did a in-store to store purchase on a shirt, said it would be here in 7-10 days, after 3 weeks still no call, so I called back again today and no one in the store could find my order or even see where the shirt was ordered. After waiting over 2 hours drove to the Acworth store and a lady named Jordon C. helped me, she was very helpful, then purchased a pair of Carhart Jeans , was charged $8 to high, so had to return, then was not in system yet so had to treat my return with my receipt like I did not have a receipt and enter my DL # and took forever. Neither was a good experience but want to thank Jordan C. so much for following through with helping me get the shirt ordered. This would make the last 3 weeks all worth it. Hugs to all!

    We were helped by a nice young lady named Debra today. She really was fantastic ! She helped us find all the things on our list and helped us order the things not in stock. I would also like to thank every one at Cabelas for sponsoring our kids only fishing derby!!!!! One more thing I was trying to take the survey and your computer will not let me in.

    I stopped at your saginaw mi store to buy some camo and saw some really nice shirts that i would like to get ,but you only handle in sizes up to 2xl, Does Cabelas Discriminate against bigger people! Sure looks like it! We like to hunt ,fish, camp like smaller folks do! Not all of us are big because we are over eaters! SOME of us have medical problems that make us this way!We still like to wear camo and nice clothes, sorry yous lost a sale i guess you can only keep skinny people happy! Iam forced to look for a place that will take my big body,s money!

    I received EXCEPTIONAL service at the Ft. Worth store on 5-11-15. The Product Training Specialist named Jessica went out of her way to help place an order with the store in Waco,Texas. The Ft. Worth shop did not have what I desired and Jessica checked the inventory at all stores to help me get the correct product. She also went out of her way to correct a price discrepancy that the Waco store had. Her friendly assistance was unusual and much appreciated.
    I also had another such experience in March of this year at Ft. Worth with Jane in the sunglasses department. She managed to help me make a purchase in a different department while a demonstration was in progress.
    Employees like these are what make me a loyal Cabela’s customer.
