The survey provides an excellent opportunity for Lowe’s customers to voice their opinions on the experience at a Lowe’s store. 1. A computer and internet access.
2. A recent store receipt from Lowe’s.
3. An email address that you can access.
4. A postcard if you are entering by mail.


Instructions:

1. If you are entering the www.lowes.com/survey sweepstakes online visit the website noted below in ‘Useful links’.
2. If you are entering the Lowes $5000 gift card sweepstakes by post, please refer to the instructions below.
3. Select your country of residence; USA or Canada. Then click ‘NEXT’.
4. Then select either English or Spanish as your preferred language. Then click ‘NEXT’.
5. On the following screen is a welcome message and some information about the survey. Click ‘NEXT’ when you are ready to begin.
6. Your first task is to enter the time of your visit, how much you spent and the 12 digit receipt ID number. You will find all of this data printed on the store receipt.
7. Next, answer all the survey questions honestly and accurately.
8. After the Lowes survey questions are complete you will be asked if you would like to enter the $5,000 gift card sweepstakes.
9. If no, close your computer browser. Your feedback has been sent to Lowe’s.

    I will have to say it was one of the worst experience I have ever dealt with in my whole life!!!! I told the salesperson it was like trying to buy a car because it was taking him so long!!! We were there to buy carpet for our home and we got there at around 2:30 pm and didn’t get out of your store until around 7:30 pm. The salesperson didn’t seem to know what he was doing and the manager for the flooring department had to come several times to help him, at one time she ask how things were going and he looked at her and said I’m lost, and she took over and got it right if she hadn’t walked up at that point I was ready to walk out!!!!

    I live in Independence Kansas ..Have to come to B-ville to see my cardiologist so try to stop by lowes to get what i need for my home I have been to the b-ville store three times to purchase ceiling fan which i brought three light fixtures for my bathroom. light for my kitchen and we get the same ill mannered customer service man everytime we visit the store..he must work the department that sales the ceiling fans and light fixtures he is always the one that waits up my husband and myself when they call for help…when he come to us he is rude….not customer friendly…looks and acts like he thinks you don’t know what you are talking about..a persons knows what they are wanting just don’t know where to find it isn’t that why you have employees in there to show customers where to find what they are looking ….a person that has a problem with helping people should probaly find another if you are not a customer service type of person…i didn’t get his but when spoke to a couple of people in the store they commented that they knew who i was talking about…you want have to worry about me coming back to the store and i intend to tell all about my experience there..Home Depot is not that far away and hopefully customer service will be much better…

  4. Lowes have been my favorite shopping store for fixing household fixtures and at an affordable price. Its close to my home ,I just like shopping all over the garden shop is my favorite with all the different kinds flowers,,trees ..Lowes is just a good store. Friendly employees all way will to lend a helping hand .

  7. Lowes has always been able to answer my questions concerning special orders etc.They know there jobs.They recognize regular costumers like me right away.They are really friendly to all . The material is so much better than other places. Im there biggest fan.

    I gave up on the survey. I was sent to so many sites and never did find the survey. I like the store and the personnel are very helpful every time I go in. I can always find someone to help me find what I am looking for. I wish I had someone to help me find the survey.

  10. I would like to give thanks to the following people for great customer service: Mike Rodarte, Javier Maldonado, and Vanessa Sandoval. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. They made shopping and buying a dishwasher very pleasant experience.
    They work at the store on Redd Road in El Paso, Texas.

    I enjoy going to Lowes’ in Roanoke Rapids and it is a 30 minute drive , but it seems that I go every week . Being a new widower I have learned that I can depend on your sales people to help me find and how to use the best product for my job ahead.

Either stop the linkage to the odd sites or don’t bother to advertise a survey because I will not participate in the future under the current procedures.   19. I drive 30 minutes to my nearest Lowes store for the customer service. I have been in retail for over 30 years and have found that customer service in most establishments has been replaced by get in and get out , and when you say thank you the response is generally “no problem”. With Lowes in either London or Brantford that is never the case. the staff at the contractors counter have taken the time with to research the next “weekend warrior” job that I am planning. the layout of your stores is what I am used to in my retail experience. every store is laid out to the same detail so the customer isn’t walking in circles looking for hours. it is a pleasure for me to shop in your stores. my id number is 01829 2492 125
