  1. I started going to giant when it was on Ritchie highway and then i moved and go to Catonsville giant. I am please with the products and have watched them leave for retirement or go to another giant.. I like the seafood where they steam shrimp..some peope complain but it is hard to keep fresh turkey and it is a job to keep products in there shelf life or going bad

    of the receipt does not work.This is ridiculous.

  5. Not sure why the survey is still not working. I had two to do and neither one works. It is up to me to find the correct place to go online to enen take the survey. This s/b set up that I go straight to one and only one site to do this survey. I see above that this has not been working for months. By now it s/b working correctly. I would say that no one reviews this site to see comments and reply or correct the problems we customers find. These comments are the same as Miss Joan M. Fish of December 20, 2017 at 1:34 pm. For a big company, this is not right.

  6. the giant at leasure world constanly places wrong amounts on items and when you go to check out the amonts are much higher I think you need beter mgrmgt

  7. Stopped into the Giant #2743 on 1-23-18, to buy romaine lettuce. To my disappointment, every “stalk” was wilted and warm. Giant should keep a better eye on their fresh produce. I won’t be going back to shop there. I can get better quality st Safeway.

    Shopped at the Giant Store #2743 Burke Lake Rd, Springfield, VA on 1-22-2018 and the checker was Ryan. The overall experience was very good. Ryan’s station had a carousel bagging system. He would rotate the carousel clockwise wen filling the bags. This motion was away from the customer. It would seems common sense to rotate the carousel counter clockwise to bring the bags to the customer and the grocery cart. Also the customer can more easily determine that all the bags containing groceries have been retrieved.

    Giant store around my house has always been the best ,customer service is excellent ,staffs always ready to assist customers ,food produces super fresh ,stores well arranged ,stores very clean ,Giant is the best ,I love Giant stores .

    I’ve entered the information 3 times, double checked to make sure all is correct as shown on receipt. It keeps telling me there is a bit of a difference with the field info and to do it again. Not going to do it a 4th time. The info is as follows: 1/15/17 02:18pm 6273 14 76 2308.

    The cashier pointed out that there was a survey on the bottom of my reciept.
    When I went to do the survey, I found out that I had to download some thing.
    Did the download, got the installer box clicked it twice like it said. That took me back
    to where I started. After the second attempt I decided they didn’t want me to take the survey.
    I never have had this trouble taking a survey before.

  13. I I ordered a FRESH turkey to be picked up today at east York giant store. When I got to the meat counter I was the only customer and the employee was working on something but saw me. Several minutes later another customer came, the employee had finished her job and went straight to the new customer and waited on her. I was obviously unhappy about that but when she did wait on me she brought me a FROZEN turkey. Then made light of that saying it won’t take long to defrost. This was a $38 turkey and I wanted a fresh one. This will be my last ordered turkey from giant.
